Effective as of 2025. Welcome to MindValue Institute. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our resource literacy courses, informational products, and tangible goods offered by MindValue Institute (Business ID: 309700816).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for our services, purchasing any informational product, or ordering tangible goods, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, do not proceed with registration or purchase.

3. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

4. Resource Literacy Courses (Services)

Our live or scheduled sessions are designed to enhance your skills in managing personal resources. Access is granted upon full payment. Materials may include live webinars, interactive workshops, and group coaching sessions.

5. Informational Products

Digital downloads, e-guides, and online modules are delivered via secure access links. Delivery occurs immediately upon purchase.

6. Tangible Goods

Physical materials such as printed workbooks or toolkits are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.

7. Refund Policy

We strive for participant satisfaction. Refunds are handled as follows:

7.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Cancellations between 2 and 6 days before receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations less than 48 hours before the start due to resource commitments. You may choose to reschedule at no extra cost if done at least 48 hours prior, provided the new date is within 60 days of the original.

7.2 Informational Products

Refunds for digital items are available within 14 days of purchase if no download or access has occurred. Once access credentials or download links have been issued, we cannot offer refunds due to the instantaneous nature of delivery.

7.3 Tangible Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Custom or personalized goods are final sale and not eligible for return because of their bespoke nature.

8. Rescheduling Policy

Requests to change course dates must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. All rescheduled sessions must occur within 60 days of the original. No additional fees apply for rescheduling within this timeframe.

9. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MindValue Institute’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service, product, or good.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
